The material is non-toxic, does not scale, and does not grow germs, preventing secondary pollution of drinking water. The electric welding of PE water supply pipe can be divided into the following two steps. These two steps are very important and everyone must pay attention to it.

1. When the PE water supply pipe is welded by electric welding, center the center line of the two pipes, and fix the ends of the two pipes by spot welding.

2. To weld the PE water supply pipe and the flange sheet by electric welding, first insert the water supply pipe into the flange sheet. After spot welding, use a square ruler to align it. After leveling, the flange should be welded by electric welding on both sides. Highlight the closed face of the flange.

3. When the wall thickness of the PE water supply pipe is above 5mm, the groove should be laser cut to ensure sufficient penetration. The groove forming can be processed by gas welding laser cutting or beveling machine, but the slag and iron oxide should be eliminated, and it should be ground and polished with a file until the metal light is exposed.

4. When cutting the steel pipe, the saw section should be perpendicular to the center line of the pipe to ensure the concentricity of the end of the electric welding of the pipe.

5. The flange should bisect the center line of the PE pipe vertically, the surface layers should be parallel to each other, the flange gasket should not protrude into the pipe, the bolt specifications of the connecting flange should be matched with the flange, and the length of the raised nut of the screw should not exceed 1 of the diameter of the screw. /2.

6. When the water supply pipe is welded by electric welding, the pipe socket should eliminate rust, stains and vegetable grease.

7. Flange gaskets should be used in accordance with engineering drawings and standards, rubber pads for cold water systems and asbestos rubber pads for hot water systems.

2. The bonded pipe immersed in water is equivalent to being in a fully enclosed situation, and its shear strength is reduced due to the dry solid evaporation standard.

3. If debris such as sediment, rainwater and other debris adheres to the surface of the pipe fittings, it will cause corresponding difficulties in the process of cleaning, chamfering, abrasive cloth roughening, etc., or I hope you will prevent this during the whole process of bonding. extreme weather.

At a PE pipeline renovation site, due to the hazards of rain and snow, freezing weather and spring transportation, the PE pipeline has not appeared for a long time. After the emergency repair of various types of PE pipes in stock, several joints continued to seep water, causing huge losses to construction companies and owners. Then I found out that the water seepage was caused by mixing with PE pipes of different manufacturers.

Due to the rainy and snowy weather, freezing weather and the hazards of the Spring Festival, the PE pipes were delayed in the renovation and reconstruction site of PE pipes, and various PE pipes in stock were used in an emergency. The owners suffered serious losses as a result. Later, it was found that the reason for the seepage was that PE pipes from different manufacturers were used interchangeably.

Some PE pipes newly installed in the fall cracked vertically immediately after entering the water. After investigating the open storage of PE pipes, the deterioration and brittleness of exposure to high temperature weather can reduce poor quality.
