Test after completion of PE water pipe construction

After the construction of the PE water pipe is carried out in the pipeline application, the acceptance of the project must be carried out before it can be announced for use, otherwise there may be problems in the whole process of application.

In the pressure test, be sure to use a pressure gauge with a measurement accuracy of 0.1 Pa, and try to install the pressure gauge at the lowest value of the entire piping system. After the pipeline is filled with water, remove the air in the pipeline, and then turn off the main gate of the water meter. At this time, the experiment can start. The test pressure is 1.5 times the maximum possible working pressure. Usually, the PE water pipe pressure measurement and pressure holding time is three times. In ten minutes, if the entire system is in the condition of no water seepage in the plug, the pressure pointer is reduced to 0.5 kg, which belongs to the normal range.

If there is water seepage, it may be caused by the expansion of the pipeline under internal pressure. For better installation considerations, the entire pipeline system must be inspected once.
