Working principle of Electrofusion Tapping Saddle
The pipe fitting adopts electrofusion welding technology. The built-in heating wire is heated by the current provided by the welder to soften and melt the PE material and combine with the surface of the pipe. After cooling, a firm branch interface is formed to ensure long-term and stable use.
Connection process analysis
Surface treatment: clean the pipe surface, scrape off the oxide layer, and improve the welding quality.
